We currently deliver orders all over India.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after successful payment. Customized or energized Rudraksha orders may take additional time.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
• Other Cities: 5–9 working days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–12 working days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/Email for your convenience.

6. Delay in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

7. Wrong Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
